Smoked Lobster Canapes

Ingredients
  Lobster paste 3 Ounce, smoked (1 jar)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Hot red pepper sauce 2 Drop
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Canape biscuits 24
  Pickled onions 2 Small (sour)
Directions

Cream the first five ingredients together thoroughly.
Swirl in the centre of each canaped biscuit and top with a slice of pickled onion.
