|Lobster paste||3 Ounce, smoked (1 jar)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Hot red pepper sauce||2 Drop|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Dash|
|Sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Pickled onions||2 Small (sour)|
Cream the first five ingredients together thoroughly.
Swirl in the centre of each canaped biscuit and top with a slice of pickled onion.
