Toasty Cheese Canapes
|Refrigerated biscuits||7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Stiff beaten egg whites||2|
|Coarsely grated swiss cheese||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green pepper||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Bacon slices||4 , finely diced|
Bake biscuits as directed on package.
Brush with butter.
Into egg whites fold the cheese, green pepper, parsley, salt, and pepper; spoon on buttered side of biscuit.
Sprinkle bacon over top of each.
Place on broiler pan; broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 5 to 8 minutes or till bacon browns and cheese melts.
