Toasty Cheese Canapes

Ingredients
  Refrigerated biscuits 7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Stiff beaten egg whites 2
  Coarsely grated swiss cheese 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Finely chopped green pepper 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Bacon slices 4 , finely diced
Directions

Bake biscuits as directed on package.
Split.
Brush with butter.
Into egg whites fold the cheese, green pepper, parsley, salt, and pepper; spoon on buttered side of biscuit.
Sprinkle bacon over top of each.
Place on broiler pan; broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 5 to 8 minutes or till bacon browns and cheese melts.
