|Clams/Fresh clams||1 Can (10 oz), minced|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
Mince clams fine, drain, and blend with enough cream cheese to make a thick paste.
Add onion and lemon juice.
Season with salt, pepper to taste.
Spread on toast rounds or crackers.
