Smoked Salmon Canapes
|Sliced smoked salmon||1 Pound|
|Soft butter||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Lemon juice||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Tabasco sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
|French bread loaf||1 , sliced|
|Capers||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Hard boiled eggs||2 , sliced|
Place 4 slices of salmon in food processor.
Add butter, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce and pepper; blend 30 seconds.
Butter bread with mixture and top with remaining smoked salmon.
Sprinkle canapes with capers and decorate platter with sliced boiled eggs.
