Smoked Salmon Canapes

Ingredients
  Sliced smoked salmon 1 Pound
  Soft butter 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  French bread loaf 1 , sliced
  Capers 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Pepper 1
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , sliced
Directions

Place 4 slices of salmon in food processor.
Add butter, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce and pepper; blend 30 seconds.
Butter bread with mixture and top with remaining smoked salmon.
Sprinkle canapes with capers and decorate platter with sliced boiled eggs.
