Tuna Mushroom Canapes

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and flaked (1 Can)
  Mushroom soup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped pimiento 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped green pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Grated monterey jack cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pumpernickel bread slices 12 , halved
Directions

To tuna add soup, pimiento, green pepper, and seasonings; blend.
Spread on bread.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Place on a baking sheet.
Broil 3-inches from heat for 5 minutes until cheese browns.
