Mushroom Canapes

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, minced
  Corn germ oil 3 Tablespoon
  Whole-wheat flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Powdered milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 24 , toasted
  Parsley 2
Directions

Saute minced mushrooms.
Prepare cream sauce by heating oil and blending in flour, stirring for 5 minutes.
Then add milk pre-mixed with powdered milk.
Cook and stir sauce with wire whisk until thickened.
Add salt, paprika and nutmeg.
When cold, stir in yogurt and pour over mushrooms.
