|Corn germ oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Whole-wheat flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Powdered milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sea salt||1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whole wheat bread crumbs||24 , toasted|
Saute minced mushrooms.
Prepare cream sauce by heating oil and blending in flour, stirring for 5 minutes.
Then add milk pre-mixed with powdered milk.
Cook and stir sauce with wire whisk until thickened.
Add salt, paprika and nutmeg.
When cold, stir in yogurt and pour over mushrooms.
