Tuna And Cheese Canapes

Ingredients
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Canned tuna fish 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry vermouth 2 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Toast squares 6
Directions

Combine the first four ingredients and blend well.
Spread on squares of lightly browned toast and bake in a preheated moderate oven (350° F.) five minutes.
