Shrimp Canapes A La Suede

Ingredients
  Shrimp 18 Medium, cooked, shelled and deveined
  Rounds 12
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Dill sprig 12
  Lemon wedges 2
  Ground pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Slice each shrimp in half lengthwise.
2. Butter the toast rounds and arrange three shrimp halves in a spiral on each round.
3. Garnish the canapes, if desired, with mayonnaise stars pressed from a pastry tube. Top with dill sprigs.
