Sardine Canapes

Ingredients
  Boneless sardines 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cream 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Tabasco sauce To Taste (Few Drops)
  Toast rounds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hard cooked egg slices/Sliced green olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mash the sardines with a fork and mix with the seasonings.
Spread on toast rounds and garnish with hard-cooked egg slices or sliced green olives.
