Smoked Salmon Canapes With Cucumber

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (1 Recipe, Count 1/3 Cup Cottage Cheese Per Serving)
  Dehydrated onion flakes 1 Teaspoon, reconstituted in 1 tablespoon water
  Water 1 Tablespoon (For Reconstituting The Dehydrated Onion Flakes)
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Smoked salmon 4 Ounce, cut into 4 thin slices
  Cucumber 1 Medium, scored with fork and cut into 12 slices
Directions

Mash Cream Cheese with onion flakes and curry; spread on salmon slices and roll up each, jelly-roll fashion.
Chill overnight or for several hours.
Cut each salmon roll into 3 slices and place on cucumber slices.
Garnish with pimento, if desired.
