Sardine Finger Canapes
|White bread slices||7|
|Herbed mayonnaise||1 Tablespoon|
|Sardines||3 3⁄4 Ounce|
|Shredded parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Toast bread slices on one side.
Remove crusts and cut each slice into 3 strips.
Spread untoasted sides generously with Herbed Mayonnaise.
Coat sardines with shredded cheese.
Place 1 sardine on each toast strip.
Broil 3 inches from source of heat until lightly browned.
