Ingredients
  White bread slices 7
  Herbed mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Sardines 3 3⁄4 Ounce
  Shredded parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Toast bread slices on one side.
Remove crusts and cut each slice into 3 strips.
Spread untoasted sides generously with Herbed Mayonnaise.
Coat sardines with shredded cheese.
Place 1 sardine on each toast strip.
Broil 3 inches from source of heat until lightly browned.
Garnish each canape with a tiny sprig of parsley at each
