Shirred Eggs With Canadian Style Bacon
|Canadian bacon slices||12 , lightly browned|
|Cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Butter 4 individual ramekins.
Arrange 3 slices bacon in each.
Add 1 tablespoon cream toâ€žeach.
Break and slip an egg onto the bacon in each ramekin.
Season eggs with salt and pepper.
Bake at 350Â°F 10 to 15 minutes, depending on doneness desired.
Garnish with fresh dill weed
