|Almond extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs), plumped (Dark Or Golden)|
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained, reserve 0.75 cup syrup (1 Can)|
|Canned pineapple tidbits||8 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, reserve 0.25 cup syrup (1 Can)|
|Miniature marshmallows||4 Ounce|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
Combine the cream cheese, salt, cherry syrup, lemon peel and juice, and the extracts in a bowl; mix thoroughly.
Blend in the raisins and the reserved orange and pineapple syrups.
Stir in the oranges, pineapple, and marshmal-lows until well mixed.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Turn into a 1 1/2-quart fancy mold.
Cover; freeze at least 24 hours.
Allow to stand at room temperature to soften slightly before serving.
