This fruit dessert called Carnival Snow is indeed a carnival of all your favorite fruits in one bowl! All your favrite fruits made into a mold and flavored with vanilla and lemon juice, this Carnival Snow is a treat in itself. Give it a try and you are sure gonna like it!
Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Maraschino cherry syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs), plumped (Dark Or Golden)
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained, reserve 0.75 cup syrup (1 Can)
  Canned pineapple tidbits 8 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, reserve 0.25 cup syrup (1 Can)
  Miniature marshmallows 4 Ounce
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

Combine the cream cheese, salt, cherry syrup, lemon peel and juice, and the extracts in a bowl; mix thoroughly.
Blend in the raisins and the reserved orange and pineapple syrups.
Stir in the oranges, pineapple, and marshmal-lows until well mixed.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Turn into a 1 1/2-quart fancy mold.
Cover; freeze at least 24 hours.
Unmold.
Allow to stand at room temperature to soften slightly before serving.
