|Creamed cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Large Curd)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely shredded lemon peel||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely shredded orange peel||1 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped candied cherries||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Red Colored)|
|Golden raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced candied pineapple||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped toasted almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine cheeses, butter, sugar, lemon and orange peels, and extract; beat until smooth.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
With a moistened piece of cheesecloth, line a thoroughly cleaned flowerpot (5 1/2 inches across top and 5 1/2 inches high) having a drainage hole.
Spoon cheese mixture into flowerpot.
Place pot on a rack in a shallow pan.
Cover and chill overnight or longer, to allow flavors to blend.
Unmold and garnish with whole candied cherries.
