Ingredients
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce, softened
  Creamed cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Large Curd)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely shredded lemon peel 1 Tablespoon
  Finely shredded orange peel 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped candied cherries 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Red Colored)
  Golden raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced candied pineapple 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped toasted almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine cheeses, butter, sugar, lemon and orange peels, and extract; beat until smooth.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
With a moistened piece of cheesecloth, line a thoroughly cleaned flowerpot (5 1/2 inches across top and 5 1/2 inches high) having a drainage hole.
Spoon cheese mixture into flowerpot.
Place pot on a rack in a shallow pan.
Cover and chill overnight or longer, to allow flavors to blend.
Unmold and garnish with whole candied cherries.
