Deviled Crabs

Ingredients
  Hard shelled crabs 8
  Medium white sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Tomato catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hard cooked eggs 2
  Buttered crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 400F degrees

MAKING
2.In a pot, boil the crabs
3.Remove the crabs and flake meat, save claws for garnishing
4.Now add hot white sauce to beaten egg, then add catsup, mustard, crab meat and finely chopped hard cooked eggs
5.Fill 4 crab shells with mixture and sprinkle with crumbs and parsley
6.Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes

SERVING
7.Serve with salads or garlic bread
