Ingredients
  Chopped cooked beef 14 Cup (224 tbs)
  Chopped suet 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped apples 28 Cup (448 tbs)
  Boiled cider 3 Quart
  Molasses 2 Quart
  Sugar 10 Pound
  Currants 3 Pound
  Raisins 3 Pound
  Mixed citrus peel 1⁄2 Pound
  Boiling water 1 Quart
  Ground cinnamon 8 Ounce
  Ground cloves 2 Ounce
  Ground coriander 8 Ounce
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a very large kettle.
Cook until apples are soft.
Ladle mixture into sterilized jars, seal, and store in a cool place.
