Cranberry Canadian Bacon
|Cooked canadian bacon||4 Pound (Unsliced)|
|Cranberry sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Whole Or Jellied)|
Remove casing from canadian bacon.
Place bacon in crock pot, cutting to fit if necessary.
Stir cranberry sauce and spoon over bacon.
Cover and cook on high setting for 1 hour, then turn to low setting for 6 to 7 hours.
Remove bacon from sauce; cut into 1/2 inch thick slices.
Arrange bacon on heatproof platter and spoon sauce over top.
Broil for 10 to 15 minutes to glaze.
