Ingredients
  Grated lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Dried oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Spread lemon rind on paper towel; microwave at High for 4 to 4-1/2 minutes or until dry, stirring several times, or dry for 1 day at room temperature.
In airtight container, combine lemon rind, cheese, oregano, mustard, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne. (Mix can be refrigerated for up to 1 month.)
