|Caraway seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Kosher salt||To Taste|
|Egg||1 (Beaten With 1 Tablespoon Water)|
Prepare yeast dough and knead as directed.
Roll dough into a 12 inch circle and cut with a sharp knife or pizza cutter into 12 pie-shaped wedges.
Begin with the wide end and roll each wedge tightly.
Moisten the point and seal to the roll.
Curve each roll to form a crescent and place on a greased baking sheet.
Let rise in a warm (80-85Â°F) place until doubled in bulk.
Brush each roll with the egg mixture, sprinkle with caraway seeds and a little salt.
Bake in a preheated 400Â°F oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
