Ingredients
  Water 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Burgundy 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (or other dry red wine)
  Red wine vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Stalk celery 1
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
Directions

Combine all ingredients, and stir until blended.
