|Roasted sesame seeds||2 Tablespoon|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), softened|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Tamari soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Roast the sesame seeds lightly in a small dry skillet.
Stir all the ingredients together until well mixed.
Chill until mixture can be spread.
Sesame butter is excellent in party sandwiches.
