Ingredients
  Ripe cantaloupe 1⁄2 Large
  Cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Strawberries/1 cup fresh / canned pineapple wedges 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Watermelon balls 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Orange slices 8
  Banana fingers 8
Directions

Peel melon to make serving in wedges easier, and place in center of platter.
Fill hollow center with cottage cheese.
Heap berries in mounds at intervals around melon.
Between mounds arrange separate grouping of various other fruits.
Garnish platter with fresh mint leaves.
