Ingredients
  White bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Fish liquid 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In blender, combine bread crumbs, garlic and fish liquid.
Blend on low speed 30 seconds.
Add oil in slow, steady stream to achieve consistency of mayonnaise.
Add hot pepper sauce.
Note: Make quickly by adding 2 cloves crushed garlic and 2—3 drops hot pepper sauce to 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
