|White bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Fish liquid||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In blender, combine bread crumbs, garlic and fish liquid.
Blend on low speed 30 seconds.
Add oil in slow, steady stream to achieve consistency of mayonnaise.
Add hot pepper sauce.
Note: Make quickly by adding 2 cloves crushed garlic and 2Ã¢â‚¬â€3 drops hot pepper sauce to 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
