|Herb seasoned stuffing mix||1 Pound|
|Dry vermouth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place half the fillets in greased 8-inch square pan. Mix stuffing according to package directions; spoon over fillets.
Arrange remaining fillets on stuffing; dot with butter.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper; pour vermouth over fillets.
Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Sole should be slightly moist.
