Lettuce and Radish Slaw
|Imitation sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dill||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Iceberg lettuce||1 Large, shredded|
|Radishes||2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced|
1 In a small jar, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and dill.
2 Cover the jar and shake well.
3 Place in the refrigerator and chill.
4 In a large bowl, combine lettuce and radishes.
5 Generously drizzle on the dressing.
6 Toss lightly.
7 Serve immediately.
