|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Steak sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Ounce, sliced|
|Canadian bacon slice||4 Ounce (4 Slices)|
|Sesame sandwich rolls||4 , split and lightly toasted|
|Curly lettuce leaves||4|
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, steak sauce and horseradish.
Cover; chill until serving time.
Shape ground beef into 4 patties.
Grill burgers over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side.
When almost done, top with cheese; grill until cheese melts.
Grill Canadian bacon over medium heat for 1 minute on each side or until heated through.
Spread 2 tablespoons sauce on each roll bottom; top with burger, warm Canadian bacon slice, lettuce leaf and roll top.
Serve immediately with remaining sauce for dipping.
