|Hard boiled eggs||8 , mashed|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Celery||3 , finely chopped|
|Onion||1 Large, grated|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Red pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
1)In a bowl, mix crab meats into white sauce and add eggs, 1 cup bread crumbs, celery, onion, catsup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, red and black pepper and salt. Mix well.
2)Fill this mixture into crab shells and sprinkle additional bread crumbs on top.
3)Dot with butter and bake at 450 degrees until brown.
4)Serve deviled crab with hot sauce.
