Ingredients
  Canned sweet potatoes 20 Ounce
  Brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canadian bacon 1⁄2 Pound
  Canned pineapple slices 20 Ounce
  Pineapple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 325° F.
2) Grease a 2 quart baking dish.

MAKING
3) Take the prepared baking dish and place sweet potato slices in two rows.
4) Sprinkle with cinnamon, salt and brown sugar.
5) Arrange alternate slices of bacon and pineapple over potatoes.
6) Pour pineapple juice all over.
7) Dot with butter and bake, uncovered, for about 45 minutes or until bacon turns brown around the edges.

SERVING
8) Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
