Stewed Rhubarb

Ingredients
  Rhubarb 1 1⁄2 Large, chopped
  Water 125 Milliliter
  Sugar 175 Milliliter
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a 2.5 L (10 cup) microwave safe dish, and mix rhubarb, water and sugar.
2) Microwave at HIGH for 4 to 6 minutes or until rhubarb is tender. Stir once.

SERVING
3) Serve as needed, either warm or cold.
