Partridges In Marinade

Ingredients
  Partridges 4 , dressed and quartered
  Cooking oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped fresh thyme 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh basil 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh marjoram 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, evenly brown the partridges in the heated oil.
2) Season with the salt and pepper and add rest of the ingredients.
3) Bring to a boil and simmer over a low heat until the partridges are tender.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately or cold in a nice plate.
