Canadian Bacon With Peanut Butter Glaze
|Canadian bacon||3 Pound|
|Peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peach syrup||1 Can (10 oz)|
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
2. In a large pan of cold water, place the bacon and bring to the boil
3. Stir in vinegar and sugar into boiling water and simmer for 1 hour.
Place bacon in baking pan and then coat with peanut butter and brown sugar.
Insert cloves into bacon and pour syrup over bacon.
Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
4. Serve hot
