Jellied Consomme Madrilene
|Unflavored gelatin||2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)|
|Vegetable juice cocktail||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Condensed consomme||2 Can (20 oz)|
1. Take a saucepan with vegetable juice cocktail, add gelatin and soften it. Add bay leaf, onion and consommé and bring the mixture to boiling.
2. Strain the liquid into a bowl and allow to chill the mixture is firm. Using a fork, beat the mixture gently.
3. Transfer to bouillon cups, use lemon slices with paprika sprinkle to garnish and serve.
