Ingredients
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Ground almonds 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Thick coconut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Green ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Peel and crush the root ginger, and mix well together with the turmeric, almonds, coriander, sugar, salt and pepper.
Stir the milk into the spices and use.
