Baked Canadian Style Bacon

Ingredients
  Canadian style bacon 2 Pound (In One Piece)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place bacon in shallow baking pan.
Combine sugar, mustard, and pineapple juice for glaze; spread over bacon.
Bake uncovered in slow oven (325°) 1 hour.
Baste bacon with glaze every 15 minutes.
