Roast Capon

Ingredients
  Capon 5 Pound (2.3 Kilogram, 1 Whole)
  Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), mashed
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Dry riesling 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Place capon in a baking dish.
Combine all remaining ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
Brush capon with basting sauce.
Place capon in oven and cook for 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently with sauce.
