Ingredients
  Zinfandel 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Bay leaf 1
  Rosemary sprigs 3
  Thyme sprigs 3
  Marjoram 3
Directions

MAKING
1.In a container, put Zinfandel, olive oil, garlic, bay leaf, rosemary sprigs, thyme and marjoram and put the container in refrigerator.
2.Strain the herbs and keep the sauce aside.

SERVING
3.Apply on meat prior to grilling and allow to marinate for 6- 36 hours.
4.Use for basting meats while grilling.

TIP
5.Baste the meat with a celery stalk to have a rich flavor of celery as well.
