|Dry gin||2 1⁄4 Ounce (2 1/4 Jigger)|
|Whipping cream||1 Ounce (2/3 Jigger)|
|Orange flower water||3 Dash|
|Lime juice||1 Tablespoon (Of 1/2 Lime)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (Of 1/2 Lemon)|
|Crushed ice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Or Cracked)|
|Soda water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||2 Tablespoon|
Put gin, egg white, cream, orange flower water, lime and lemon juices, and ice in blender container.
Blend quickly to mix and chill drink.
Strain it into frosted glass which was prepared by rubbing the rim of the glass with the cut surface of the lemon then dipping rim in sugar.
Add soda water, if desired.
