Saucy Canadian Bacon

Ingredients
  Canadian bacon slices 16
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Saute Canadian bacon.
Place on a serving platter.
In a small saucepan, heat sugar, mustard, and vinegar over medium heat until sugar melts and sauce is hot.
Drizzle sauce over bacon.
