Rhubarb Crisp Dessert

Ingredients
  Rhubarb 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon rind 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix rhubarb, sugar, lemon juice and rind.
Place in an 8-inch square dish.
Mix brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over rhubarb.
Cover and microwave 12 to 15 minutes, turning dish one-quarter turn every 2 minutes.
