Canadian Smoked Lima

Ingredients
  Frozen lima beans 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 3 Teaspoon
  Chicken flavored gravy base 1 Teaspoon
  Grated orange peel 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 3 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Canadian bacon 6 Ounce, cut into thin strips (6 Slices)
Directions

Cook limas according to package directions; drain well, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
Stir together reserved liquid, sour cream, flour, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, gravy base, orange peel, and juice.
In skillet melt butter. (Electric skillet 350°.)
Add meat; brown lightly.
Remove from skillet; toss with remaining brown sugar and keep warm.
In same skillet combine limas and sour cream mixture.
Heat and stir just to boiling.
Turn onto serving platter.
Arrange bacon strips over top.
