Barbecued Cornish Hens

Ingredients
  Cornish hens 3 Pound (2 Hens, 1 1/2 Pound Each)
  Onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  No salt tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Frozen apple grape juice concentrate 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Split Cornish hens in half by cutting along breastbone and along either side of backbone.
Remove and discard skin and backbone.
Set aside.
In 2-quart casserole, combine remaining ingredients.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 5 minutes, or until mixture boils.
Cool slightly.
Add Cornish hens, turning to coat with sauce.
Cover.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Arrange hens on roasting rack with thickest portions toward outside of rack.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High for 15 to 18 minutes, or until meat near bone is no longer pink, rotating rack and brushing with sauce twice.
