Celery Radish Slaw
|Shredded savoy cabbage||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Radishes||3 Cup (48 tbs), slivered|
|Thinly sliced celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped green onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In bowl, toss together cabbage, radishes, celery and onions.
DRESSING: In small bowl, combine lemon juice, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper; gradually whisk in oil.
(Salad and dressing can be covered and refrigerated separately for up to 1 day.) Pour dressing over salad; toss well.
