Dessert Crepes

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg 4
  Butter/Margarine, or vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon zest 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Put all ingredients in food processor in the order given and blend for about 1 minute.
Batter should be smooth and thin.
Into skillet over medium-high heat, pour approximately 3 tablespoons of batter to cover bottom of pan.
Tilt pan so that batter spreads evenly.
Cook 30 to 45 seconds; turn crepe and cook another 15 to 30 seconds.
Crepes should be lightly brown.
Keep them warm in a barely heated oven.
Serve immediately with toppings suggested above.
