|Sifted flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Beat the eggs in a bowl until thick and lemon colored.
Add the milk and beat well.
Sift the flour with the salt.
Add to egg mixture and beat until smooth.
Fill large, well-greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes longer.
