|Fruit||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries Or Other Fruit)|
Process cottage cheese in a blender or the work bowl of food processor fitted with a metal blade until smooth.
Add vanilla and process a few seconds more.
Place 2 tablespoons whipped cottage cheese on each crepe.
Fold over and top with 2 tablespoons fruit.
APPLESAUCE CREPES Fill each crepe with 2 tablespoons natural (no-sugar-added) applesauce and top with 1 tablespoon cinnamon flavored whipped cottage cheese.
JUBILEE CREPES Fill each crepe with 2 tablespoons whipped cottage cheese.
Top each with 1/4 cup Easy Jubilee Sauce
