Glazed Canadian Bacon
|Canadian-style bacon||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Drained pickle relish||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard/Prepared mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Place meat in 1 1/2 -quart (10x6) baking dish.
Cut meat, halfway through, into 6 slices.
Combine relish, honey and mustard; spoon between slices of meat.
Cook, loosely covered with wax paper, 12 minutes or until heated through, occasionally spooning sauce
