Baked Canadian Bacon
|Canadian bacon slice||8 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Slices)|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Unsweetened apple juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Raspberry vinegar||2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1 Dash|
Arrange bacon slices in a 10- x 6- x 2-inch baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.
Combine apple juice and remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Pour apple juice mixture over bacon slices.
Cover and bake at 75° for 10 to 12 minutes or until bacon is thoroughly heated.
