Baked Canadian Bacon

Ingredients
  Canadian bacon slice 8 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Slices)
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Unsweetened apple juice 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Raspberry vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1 Dash
Directions

Arrange bacon slices in a 10- x 6- x 2-inch baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.
Combine apple juice and remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Pour apple juice mixture over bacon slices.
Cover and bake at 75° for 10 to 12 minutes or until bacon is thoroughly heated.
