Pear & Radish Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Firm ripe pears 1 Pound (2 Medium Size, Such As Bartlett Or Anjou)
  Thinly shredded green cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Slivered red radish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a salad bowl, mix together lemon juice and honey.
Cut pears in quarters and trim away stem and core.
Thinly slice fruit crosswise into bowl and mix gently to coat with dressing.
Mound cabbage and radishes onto fruit.
If made ahead, cover and chill up to 2 hours.
Mix salad to serve, adding salt to taste.
