Thread skewers with bacon, alternating with pineapple chunks, beginning and ending each with a piece of cinnamon roll.
Preheat the grill.
Set skewers on grid over ashen coals.
Grill kabobs for about 4 to 6 minutes, rotating frequendy.
The bacon should be cooked through.
If rolls are beginning to char, remove from skewers and then continue grilling until done to taste.
