Dessert Crepes

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Add all ingredients to blender or Sunbeam Food Processor container.
Process about 5 seconds, until just combined.
Follow crepemaker cooking directions or preheat an 8" sloped-edge pan.
Grease pan lightly.
Pour a scant 1/4 cup of batter into pan to coat interior.
Fry until edges turn light brown and batter no longer steams.
Using a fork or spatula, gently loosen edges.
Remove from pan.
Stack on plate.
